The factory luggage options for the V-Strom are a well-known weak point — the OEM rack is plastic, the factory panniers are wide and poor quality, and most owners upgrade to a proper aftermarket system within the first season. This is that system.

Built to match the frame geometry of the 2017–2025 DL650, the system mounts directly to the motorcycle's subframe using original attachment points, providing a stable and rattle-free base for a top case, panniers, and soft bags. The fully welded one-piece construction delivers maximum rigidity under real touring loads — whether you are running solo with a full load across Europe or riding two-up for the weekend. The 2017+ V-Strom shares its tail section with the DL1000 from 2014, and this system takes full advantage of that robust rear architecture.

Available in multiple configurations — including dedicated Givi and Kappa Monokey mounts — the luggage rack system gives the V-Strom 650 the practical touring capability it was always meant to have, without the width and quality issues of the factory setup.
