At Recraftmoto, we do our best to ensure every order is prepared properly and delivered in perfect condition.
Regardless of the selected shipping method, each order requires a preparation period before shipment. This includes welding, painting, assembly, quality control, and packaging.
Preparation time depends on the specific product and its availability in stock. Orders are usually shipped within 5–20 business days after payment, depending on production workload and the time needed to prepare the item for international delivery.

Available Shipping Methods
We have 2 different shipping methods: economy (with tracking) and priority shipping.
Economy international shipping Ukrpost.
Parcels shipping by air with tracking number in 197 countries. The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the products, the dimensions of the products are not taken into account.
Delivery times
The approximate delivery time for parcels, depending on the country of destination, is 10-24 days from the date of dispatch to the date of delivery to the recipient (or delivery to the post office).
You can find delivery times for most countries in the attached file. The delivery times indicated in the attached file are for reference only and are based on the average actual terms of the delivered packages.
Parcels sent by the Ukrpost postal service are delivered by courier to the recipient's address or to post offices closest to the recipient's address (or corresponding to the postal code) indicated on the consignment note.
Tracking
Parcels sent by Ukrpost delivery service are tracked in 197 countries.

The postal services of some countries do not provide the status of the location of the parcels after their arrival in the country of destination. You can find more detailed information about countries and tracking parcels in their territory in the attachment.

Permissible dimensions of parcels
The maximum package weight should not exceed - 20 kg;
The length of either side should not exceed 100 cm (3.2 ft.). The sum of the length and the largest perimeter (circle length) in any direction (except length) should not exceed 200 cm (6.5 ft.). For bulky packages, the length of either side of the package should not exceed 200 cm (6.5 ft.), And the sum of the length and the largest perimeter (circle length) in any direction (except length) should not exceed 300 cm (9.8 ft.) .
Priority Mail Service EMS
Priority international shipping. Parcels shipping by air, and are processed as a priority both in Ukraine and in the destination country. EMS parcels in the country of destination are delivered to the address of the recipient.
Delivery times
The delivery time for parcels is 7–10 days (average delivery time for most countries) from the date of departure to the date of delivery to the recipient (or delivery to the post office).
Parcels sent by the EMS postal service are usually delivered by courier to the specified recipient address. Some countries may have different shipping policies. In this case, the parcels can be delivered to the post offices closest to the recipient's address (or corresponding to the postal code) indicated on the the consignment note.

Permissible dimensions of parcels

The longest side is up to 150 cm (4.9 ft.). The sum of the length and the largest perimeter (circumference) in any direction (except the length) should not exceed 300 (9.8 ft.) Cm.
Informing foreign buyers about import Duty & Tax
In some cases, the country of destination will be charged VAT (value added tax), other taxes, customs duties and / or fees. Import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees are not included in the purchase or delivery of products and are the responsibility of the recipient (at the stage of customs clearance of the parcel or upon receipt of the parcel).
Unfortunately, we cannot assess what fees may be, since customs and tax policies vary greatly from country to country. Fees are usually based on the price of the product, its weight / weight and size, as well as any taxes, duties of the country to which the goods are delivered.
If you are not sure whether additional costs will be charged to you or not, please contact the customs office of your country or visit their official website.
In cases where customs clearance procedures are required, delays may occur that will affect the delivery time.
According to the customs regulation policy, please note that we cannot mark purchased goods as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual price of the product.
Recraftmoto is not responsible if the parcel is sent back to us, damaged or confiscated due to problems with customs clearance. Therefore, please, before buying, contact your country's customs office or visit their official website.
Also, Recraftmoto is not responsible for damaged parcels or sent back to us if the postal service of your country cannot deliver your parcels after several attempts due to your absence or if you do not pick up the parcels from the specified destination.

PayPal
PayPal is a fast and reliable payment method, allowing you to complete your purchase securely in just a few steps.
Please note that your order will be shipped to the address specified in your PayPal account. We kindly ask you to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete before confirming the payment.
Bank Transfer (SWIFT / SEPA)
We also accept bank transfers via SWIFT and SEPA. After placing your order, you will receive all necessary payment details to complete the transfer.
Please note that all bank charges, including intermediary and receiving bank fees, are the responsibility of the sender. To ensure the full invoiced amount is received, we kindly ask you to select the “OUR” option when initiating the transfer.
Orders will be processed once the payment has been successfully received.
