Crash bars and a fully welded pannier rack for the BMW G650GS and G650GS Sertao, engineered around the shared frame geometry of both models. The G650GS is BMW's entry-level adventure platform — light, low-seated, and forgiving, which makes it a common choice for first-time big-bike riders. The Sertao adds taller suspension and more ground clearance for serious off-road riding, but both versions leave the engine exposed to drops.

The original Vario hard cases are expensive enough that a single break can cost several hundred dollars to replace.

Owners regularly run the G650GS and Sertao for genuine long-distance touring, loaded with panniers and a top case, on gravel as much as tarmac. Our crash bars protect the engine cases during drops, and the pannier rack gives the bike a rigid, properly engineered base for side luggage.
