Crash bars, a fully steel skid plate, side carriers, a luggage rack system, and a rear rack for the Yamaha XT660R and XT660X (2004–2016 / 2004–2014). One rider who used the XT660R for a UK-to-Iraq trip in 2011 then spent five years riding it round the world two-up with a pillion — 60,000 miles across deserts, mountains, mud, and everything in between — credited crash bars as the single most important protection upgrade on the bike. The XT660R is consistently described as one of the most reliable and travel-ready 660cc single-cylinder platforms ever built, and our range of accessories reflects the way serious long-distance riders actually use it.

The XT660X brings the same platform into supermoto trim — 17-inch wheels, sportier geometry, urban-focused setup — with the same exposed engine and bodywork that makes crash bars equally relevant for city and lane riders who drop the bike in everyday use.

Full protection and luggage capacity for both versions

Upper crash bars protect the upper bodywork and tank area. Lower crash bars cover the engine cases, water pump, and clutch cover. Our fully steel skid plate provides complete underside protection for the engine and sump — important on the XT660R used on rough terrain and gravel roads where the underside is exposed to rock strikes.

The side carriers and luggage rack system give the XT660R genuine long-distance cargo capacity for panniers and a top case. The rear rack provides a plate-style mounting platform for a top case or strapped luggage on either version.

Manufactured from genuine steel tubing with a durable powder-coated finish. Mounted to the original attachment points without modifications. Handcrafted in Ukraine.
