Adventure-ready, fully welded pannier rack system for Honda NX650 Dominator 1988–1991 — designed to provide reliable luggage carrying capability for long-distance travel, dual-sport riding, and light off-road adventure use. The early NX650 Dominator is known for its simplicity, durability, and strong off-road potential, but like many classic dual-sport motorcycles, it was not designed with modern luggage systems in mind.

One of the main limitations of this platform is the lack of rigid rear support when carrying panniers or travel gear. Under load, the rear section can experience stress and instability, especially on rough terrain or during long-distance touring. This system solves that problem by creating a reinforced, stable mounting structure that improves load distribution and reduces stress on the subframe.

Developed specifically for the Honda NX650 Dominator (1988–1991) frame geometry, the side carriers mount directly to original factory attachment points, ensuring precise bolt-on installation without modifications. The fully welded steel construction significantly improves rigidity and provides a solid base for panniers, soft luggage, and expedition gear.

The system also provides additional protection for the rear side panels and exhaust area, making it a practical upgrade for both adventure riding and everyday utility use.
