The DL1000 is heavier, more powerful, and more touring-oriented than its 650cc sibling — which makes a properly engineered luggage system even more important. Under a full touring load on a 220+ kg motorcycle, the quality and rigidity of the luggage mounting directly affects handling, stability, and rider safety.

Built to match the frame geometry of the 2013–2019 DL1000, the system mounts directly to the motorcycle's subframe using original attachment points, providing a stable and rattle-free base for a top case, panniers, and soft bags. The fully welded one-piece construction delivers maximum rigidity under real touring loads — essential on a bike regularly used for multi-day two-up trips with full gear across long distances.
