Fully welded steel luggage system for Kawasaki KL250 Super Sherpa (1997–2010) — a reinforced dual-sport platform designed for real off-road use, trail riding, and lightweight expedition setups. The KL250 Super Sherpa is known for its reliability and simple mechanics, but its rear subframe was never designed for sustained luggage loads. Under panniers or a top case, the factory rear structure quickly shows flex and instability — especially on rough terrain.

This system eliminates that limitation by replacing the load path with a rigid welded steel structure that distributes weight directly into the motorcycle’s main mounting points. The result is a stable, vibration-resistant platform for panniers, soft luggage, and top case setups without compromising the lightweight handling that defines the KL250 platform.

Engineered specifically for the KL250 frame geometry, the system installs directly to original mounting points with no modifications required. The reinforced construction improves structural rigidity, reduces stress on the subframe, and ensures consistent performance under long-distance and off-road loading conditions.
