Steel crash bars engine guard for Hyosung GT650 Comet 2004–2008 designed to protect the engine, radiator area, frame, and side plastics during drops, parking incidents, and everyday street riding. Developed specifically for the carbureted Hyosung GT650 platform with all original frame geometry and fairing mounting features taken into consideration for precise fitment without modifications.
The Hyosung GT650 became popular as an affordable middleweight sport-touring motorcycle with a V-twin engine layout similar to larger sport bikes, but replacement plastics, radiator components, and original body panels are increasingly difficult to source due to the age of the platform and limited parts availability in many markets. Even low-speed drops can result in expensive cosmetic and mechanical damage, making proper crash protection an essential upgrade for long-term ownership.
The crash bar construction is engineered to absorb side impacts and help reduce damage to critical motorcycle components while maintaining the balanced handling and everyday usability of the GT650.
