Fully welded steel crash bars with sliders for Suzuki SV400 / SV400S 1999–2006 designed to protect critical motorcycle components during drops, parking incidents, and low-speed impacts. The Suzuki SV400 is a lightweight V-twin roadster inspired by the SV650 platform, known for its smooth engine character, compact chassis, and easy everyday handling. However, despite its balanced design, the exposed engine covers, radiator, and bodywork remain vulnerable to damage in case of a fall.
Built specifically for the frame geometry of the 1999–2006 Suzuki SV400 and SV400S, these crash bars combine steel tube construction with replaceable sliders to help absorb impact energy while reducing the risk of damage to the engine covers, radiator, frame components, fuel tank area, and side bodywork.
