Fully welded steel crash bars with sliders for Suzuki SV650 / SV650S 1999–2002 designed to protect critical motorcycle components during drops, parking incidents, and low-speed impacts. The first-generation Suzuki SV650 quickly gained a reputation as one of the best middleweight motorcycles ever produced thanks to its lightweight chassis, characterful V-twin engine, and excellent balance between performance and everyday practicality. However, the exposed engine covers, radiator, fuel tank, and bodywork remain vulnerable to damage during even minor falls.
Built specifically for the frame geometry of the 1999–2002 Suzuki SV650 and SV650S, these crash bars combine steel tube construction with replaceable sliders to help absorb impact energy while reducing the risk of damage to the engine covers, radiator, frame components, fuel tank area, and side bodywork. The multi-point mounting system distributes impact forces across the chassis while minimizing stress on individual attachment points.
