Fully welded steel luggage rack system for Honda XR190L (2019–2025) — a rigid one-piece construction combining a top case rack and pannier rack, designed to transform one of the most capable and fuel-efficient dual-sport motorcycles in its class into a properly equipped adventure and touring machine. The XR190L comes with a standard rear rack but no side luggage solution — this system fills that gap, adding versatile cargo capacity for longer rides, commuting with gear, and multi-day light adventure routes.

Built to match the frame geometry of the XR190L, the system mounts directly to the motorcycle's subframe using original attachment points, providing a stable and rattle-free base for panniers, soft bags, and a top case. The fully welded one-piece construction delivers maximum rigidity without adding unnecessary bulk — keeping the XR190L's lightweight character, 245 mm ground clearance, and agile handling fully intact on both paved roads and gravel tracks.
