By means of magnetic interaction, particles of the coloring powder are deposited on the surface of the painted product. Next, the product moves to a special thermal chamber, in which the air is uniformly heated to a temperature of about 200 ° C. The powder melts and forms a seamless monolithic polymer coating on the entire surface of the product.
The technology of continuous deposition of seam ensures reliable connection of crash bars elements. Through to the use of modern equipment, the probability of occurrence of defects is minimal.
Mounting elements are coated with a layer of zinc to protect against corrosion, improve exploitative and decorative properties. Galvanizing is carried out on special technological lines.
