Reinforced steel luggage rack for the Honda CB500 and CB500S (1994–2002). A larger, heavier-duty version of the standard rack — with additional mounting points and a bigger platform for riders who carry more or want a more solid base for a top case and heavier loads.
The reinforced construction uses different attachment points compared to the standard rack, giving the whole setup more rigidity under load. The design also works as a grip point for a pillion passenger — useful on a bike that regularly sees two-up riding.
