Fully welded steel luggage rack system for Kawasaki KLX250 (2008–2020) — a rigid one-piece construction combining a top case rack and pannier rack designed to solve the lack of practical luggage capacity on one of Kawasaki’s most popular lightweight dual-sport motorcycles. The KLX250 is widely used for commuting, trail riding, and adventure travel thanks to its reliability, low weight, and balanced off-road performance, but limited cargo space often restricts longer trips.
Built specifically for the frame geometry of the 2008–2020 KLX250, the system mounts directly to the motorcycle’s subframe using original attachment points, creating a stable and rattle-free platform for luggage, soft bags, panniers, and top cases. The fully welded construction provides high rigidity while maintaining the lightweight handling characteristics of the motorcycle.
